As Operations Manager at Bespoke Training, I design, deliver and evaluate many different aspects of leadership development (such as coaching & mentoring, problem solving, change and communication) and support hundreds of delegates each year that complete our accredited development programmes.

My background lies in the pharmaceutical industry where I spent 9 years in the areas of sales, coaching & training within the cardiovascular, pain, mental health and urology categories.

Most recently I have been consulting with a major pharmaceutical company to launch a learning management system to the UK business across all functions.
